Customer Service Representative
Currently seeking individuals to accurately and efficiently enter client orders into our web-based shopping center. Orders are received via phone, fax, and email. The candidate for this position must have at least one year experience handling incoming phone calls from customers, researching and resolving complaints. Must be a team player able to work flexible hours and work overtime. This person must be able to work independently as well as within a team. The ideal candidate must possess excellent written and communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
